The three high rise housing complexes owned by Vallinkyyhky Inc. has started to show wear.
Pieces of brick were dropping from the end walls and the front edges of balconies. It was starting
to get hazardous to live there.
The housing company decided to get the Stonel brick façade curtainwall. The endwalls and the fronts
of the balconies were covered with new brick facades. At the same time the endwalls were given additional
insulation.

The bricks had started to deteriorate and crumble.

The endwalls of the building were given more insulation as part of the curtainwall installation.

The old architectural design was respected by preserving the brown stripes.

The balcony front structures were also given a new brick facade.

The interface between old and new Expansion joints are finished with a surfacing of micro-stone.

The authentic corners were pleasing to the architects.
