The Pohjolankatu 11 Housing Inc project is part of a major improvement project for the Kruununasunto
housing complexes. At Pohjolankatu 11 the old slabs were removed and replaced with a Stonel brick
panel façade curtainwall.

The appearance of the building has changed. The old slabs have been removed and
replaced with a Stonel brickface façade.

| The brickface curtainwall was also installed on the end walls. The ripe cloudberry was placed on the wall as a mood accent. |
