Description of product:
The base of the Stonel panel is an electro-galvanized metal plate. This plate has adhesion tabs in the joint mortar grouting. The kiln fired natural clay brick conform to ASTM C 1088 Type TBS or TBX.

Delivery and storage:
The Stonel panels are delivered on disposable pallets. The pallet load is protected by plastic secured by plastic bands. The pallets should be stored on a level base at an appropriate distance from the wall being built.

Other information:
The Stonel brick curtainwall is always built upon a Stofix track mounting system, which provides a range of options from 0 – 150 mm [6 inches] of additional insulation.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND SPECS FOR THE THIN BRICK PANEL
The Stonel thin brick panel is a composite structure made with 3/4" thick fired natural clay brick, a pressed metal base and polymer modified joint mortar. The basic brick panel is manufactured in a standard size of 600 x 1200mm ( Approximately 2' x 4' ). The fitting and cutting of the panels can be done, as needed at the worksite. Only the corner panels are manufactured in specified custom sizes. The thin brick panel is suitable for both new and remodel construction jobs, particularly those requiring a rain screen air gap.
