 A genuine brick curtainwall makes for a maintenance free and long lasting façade. The
Stonel thin brick curtainwall combines a traditional brick surface and the Stofix modern mounting system.
The end result is a lightweight and durable outer shell structure that is separated from the exterior wall with a built-in rain screen air gap.
It is possible to straighten out irregularities in the existing walls with the adaptable Stofix mounting system.
It is also possible to add 2 to 6 inches of insulation during the installation of the Stonel curtainwall.
The surface of the joints in the factory produced Stonel panels contain micro-stone.
Either grout or expansion joint selant materials are placed in the joints between the Stonel brick panels at the jobsite and are then hand tooled and treated with the same micro-stone.
This results in a uniform, real brick curtainwall.
